I graduated from Northeast Technical College in Green Bay in 2016, after returning to school to fulfill my lifelong dream of becoming a nurse in order to help family, friends, and patients to achieve optimal health and prevent injuries and illness. I obtained my Health Coach degree from IIN, Institute of Integrative Medicine in 2018 to assist clients with a more holistic approach to health in order to prevent illness, injuries, and help with the healing process.
I enjoy the autonomy I have working in the Occupational Health setting as a Nurse for OHS, as I have the opportunity to use my nursing skills and prior life experiences in the legal and food industry business settings as a legal assistant, claims analyst and customer service/sales manager to bring a well-rounded perspective to work with the office personnel and the employees to promote safety and prevent injuries.
A passion of mine is working with employees gaining their trust with compassionate, respectful care in order to assist them to find resources available to help them take an active role and achieve their overall health goals to be fit for personal and employment activities.
Also, advocating for employees in a positive, encouraging manner on care to avoid illness, injury, and how to recover from work-related injuries while being an advocate for self in the health system, including natural holistic health options approach for well being.
In my free time, I enjoy time with family and friends, cooking homemade meals, gardening, outdoor activities, boating, swimming, diving, music events, researching and discussing healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention/maintenance.
